• Food allergies and Special Diets:

Unless you already noted it in your reservation form, please email us any food allergies or special diets (ie. vegetarian) for anybody in your party.  We plan and shop for your breakfasts before you arrive.  Advance knowledge works better for all of us than improvising your breakfast on the spur of the moment.  Thank you.

• Cancellation Policy:

If you must cancel or change your reservation, please notify us 14+ days prior to your scheduled check-in, for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 bank and handling fee. Canceling or shortening your stay inside of 14 days is considered a cancelation of those days and your full amount is non-refundable.

• Additional Information:

Coach Stop requires a deposit at the time of reservation. Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate two people; with advance notice, our suites can accommodate a third guest (any age) with an additional charge of $50.00 per night. We do not have facilities for pets. For the comfort and health of all our guests, we offer a completely smoke free environment.
