DELICIOUS BREAKFAST
Included in the room rate
Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM in the dining room. Freshly brewed coffee from local purveyors is available starting at 6:45am. A selection of teas and fruit juices is available as well. The breakfast menu changes each day, as Amanda works around what is available seasonally and locally, but past offerings have included: Maine blueberry breakfast cake, creamy polenta with soft boiled eggs, strawberry french toast with homemade jam and more. We are happy to accommodate your food allergies or dietary needs.
If you cannot join us for the sitdown breakfast due to prior plans we also offer cold to-go options that are dropped to your room the night prior. This usually consists of a yogurt parfait with homemade jam or some baked goods. Perfect for those Cadillac Mountain sunrise mornings!

Located on the first floor of the Inn, the Tavern Suite is characterized by its original wide-plank flooring and hand-hewn ceiling beams, along with a functional gas fireplace. This room features a king bed, a loveseat, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Acadia

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 3 ADULTS
Located on the second floor of the historic inn's original wing, the Acadia Suite is a sun drenched delight. It boasts a King bed and a cozy reading nook. There is also a pullout twin bed in the room. Upgrade for the 2026 season includes a walk-in shower. (Please note that this suite is located on the 2nd floor and the only access is via the foyer stairs that are historically steeper).
Abbe
1 Queen Bed
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 3 ADULTS
Located on the 2nd floor, the Abbe Suite is full of historical charm. The suite includes a queen bedroom and a large sitting room. There is a twin pull out bed in the room as well. The bathroom will be upgraded with a walk-in shower for the 2026 season. (Please note that this suite is located on the 2nd floor and the only access is via the foyer stairs that are historically steeper).
Heritage

The Heritage Room is located in the back of the historic home, with a private entrance and a covered deck for those cool summer evenings. The original wide plank floors add a warmth to the room. This room features a king bed, a reading nook, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Blue Hill Bay

One of our two smaller rooms, Blue Hill Bay is a cozy option for all guests. It includes a brick patio for those cool summer night hangs and a private entrance. This room features a King bed, a loveseat, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Somes Sound is one of our smaller rooms, but the brick patio and private entrance add to its charm. This room features a king bed, a loveseat, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Booking Policies
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT HOURS
Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later, ensuring your room is prepared for your arrival, with check-out set for 11:00 AM. Should you require more flexibility, we offer both an early check-in (starting at 1:00 PM) and a late check-out (until 1:00 PM) for a nominal fee, subject to availability. Please inquire about these options at the time of booking to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a small inn, cancellations have a big impact on us. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 14 days before your arrival for a full refund of your deposit, minus a $25 service fee per room.
Cancellations made within 14 days will be refunded (less the $25 fee) only if we’re able to rebook your room. If we’re unable to rebook, the deposit is forfeited, and you’ll be responsible for the full reservation amount.
Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early departures are charged in full.
