These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Coach Stop Inn website and certain services offered by Coach Stop Inn, LLC (“Coach Stop Inn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Separate reservation and property policies apply to individual reservations and stays. When you complete a reservation, the General Policy, Cancellation Policy, rates, dates, room details, and other terms presented during the reservation process form part of your agreement with Coach Stop Inn.

If a term presented for a specific reservation conflicts with a general statement on this website, the term presented and accepted for that reservation will govern with respect to that reservation.

Website Use

The Coach Stop Inn website is provided to offer information about our accommodations, services, policies, availability, and the surrounding area and to provide access to our online reservation services.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to website systems, use automated means to disrupt or burden the website, or use website content in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of Coach Stop Inn or others.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or functionality from time to time.

Reservations

Direct online reservations are currently facilitated through ReservationKey. Availability displayed online is subject to change until a reservation is completed and confirmed.

A valid payment method is required for a reservation. Unless different terms are expressly presented for a particular reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the reservation total, including applicable taxes and fees, is due when the reservation is made, and the remaining balance is due on the arrival date.

By providing a payment method and completing a reservation, you authorize Coach Stop Inn to charge that payment method for amounts due under your reservation and applicable policies, including authorized deposits and balances and, when applicable, charges associated with your stay such as additional purchases, damage, missing property, or excessive cleaning.

A reservation is subject to the room, rate, dates, occupancy, payment terms, General Policy, and Cancellation Policy displayed during the reservation process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival will receive a refund of payments made, less a $100 cancellation fee per room.

For cancellations or reductions in stay made within 14 days of arrival, the guest is responsible for the reserved stay. If we are able to rebook canceled room nights, we will refund the amount recovered through rebooking, less the $100 cancellation fee per room.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, and early departures are charged in full.

We recommend travel insurance for circumstances that may affect your trip.

The Cancellation Policy displayed and accepted when a reservation is made governs that reservation if it differs from the general policy stated on this website.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Coach Stop Inn offers self check-in. Arrival and check-in information will be provided before your stay using the contact methods available for your reservation.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available when offered or arranged in advance. Availability is not guaranteed and additional charges may apply when disclosed or agreed upon.

Age and Responsibility for the Reservation

The person making a reservation must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for the reservation and for compliance with applicable policies by the occupants of the reserved room.

Occupancy

Guests must observe the maximum occupancy stated for their room. Only registered overnight guests may occupy the room overnight.

Occupancy limits are based on the accommodations offered and applicable safety and licensing requirements.

Guest Conduct and Quiet Hours

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects other guests, our property, and our neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, unlawful activity, or conduct that materially interferes with the safety or reasonable enjoyment of the property by others is not permitted.

Children must be appropriately supervised.

Coach Stop Inn may require conduct that violates these policies to cease and may take reasonable action when necessary to protect guests, staff, or property.

Events and Gatherings

Events, parties, or gatherings beyond the ordinary use of a guest room require advance approval from Coach Stop Inn.

Smoking and Vaping

Coach Stop Inn is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in guest rooms, common areas, or outdoor guest areas.

A cleaning or remediation charge may apply when smoking or vaping results in additional cleaning, deodorizing, repair, or loss of use of a room.

Pets

Guest pets are not currently permitted unless Coach Stop Inn expressly identifies a particular accommodation or reservation as pet-friendly.

Service animals are accommodated as required by applicable law.

Parking

Complimentary off-street parking is available for registered guests.

Our parking areas are not designed to accommodate RVs, trailers, or campers. Please contact us before arrival if you have questions about a particular vehicle.

Property, Damages, and Missing Items

Guests are responsible for damage, missing property, or excessive cleaning attributable to themselves or members of their party beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Applicable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs may be charged to the payment method associated with the reservation. We will provide information about such charges upon request or as appropriate under the circumstances.

Lost or Left Items

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Coach Stop Inn is not responsible for items left behind except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

If we find an item after departure and can reasonably identify the guest to whom it belongs, we will make a reasonable effort to contact that guest. If ownership cannot reasonably be determined, we may be unable to identify or contact the owner.

At the guest's request, we may arrange to return a found item. Shipping, packaging, or other reasonable costs associated with returning the item may be charged to the guest.

Taxes and Other Charges

Applicable taxes, fees, and charges are shown during the reservation or purchase process where appropriate and are added as required by law.

Tax rates and classifications may change, so the amounts applicable at the time of a transaction govern rather than any historical tax rate stated elsewhere on the website.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and guest services use or link to third-party services, including services that support reservations, payments, communications, analytics, maps, travel information, and other functionality.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices when you interact with them directly. Use of a third-party service does not alter Coach Stop Inn's obligations under the reservation terms you enter into with us.

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled in connection with our website and services.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Coach Stop Inn Guest Messaging

Coach Stop Inn offers an optional SMS/text messaging program for communications related to reservations and guest stays.

If you affirmatively opt in, you may receive text messages from Coach Stop Inn regarding reservation updates, check-in and arrival information, and responses to guest requests.

Providing a mobile telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to participate in this SMS program. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of making a reservation, purchasing goods or services, or staying at Coach Stop Inn.

This SMS consent does not enroll you in promotional or marketing text messages.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your reservation, stay, and communications with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges, if any, are determined by your wireless carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of Coach Stop Inn Guest Messaging at any time by replying STOP to a text message from Coach Stop Inn. We also honor applicable opt-out requests such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message. No further messages under this SMS program will be sent unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use service providers, including Dialpad, to transmit and support messaging on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Message Delivery

Wireless carriers and telecommunications networks control portions of SMS delivery outside Coach Stop Inn's control. Messages may be delayed or not delivered due to network availability, carrier filtering, device conditions, or other circumstances.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original text, branding, design elements, photographs owned by Coach Stop Inn, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Coach Stop Inn and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use website content for ordinary personal purposes associated with evaluating or arranging a stay. No other license or right to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content is granted merely by accessing the website.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, maps, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Website Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, website content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated, and services or amenities may change.

Reservation-specific information displayed and accepted during the booking process controls over conflicting general website information with respect to that reservation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coach Stop Inn is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website or from third-party websites or services outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this section alters rights or responsibilities arising from a confirmed lodging reservation or applicable law.

Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Coach Stop Inn is not responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which may include severe weather, natural disasters, utility or communications outages, government actions, emergencies, or significant travel disruptions.

Where such circumstances affect a reservation, we will apply the reservation terms and applicable law and communicate with affected guests as reasonably practicable.

Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these website Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will identify the current published version.

Changes to general website Terms do not retroactively replace reservation-specific terms already accepted for a confirmed reservation unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires it.
