We offer full property buyouts for all your small gathering needs. Family vacation, adventure bachelorette/bachelor trip, college friends reunion, microwedding-we can do it all! 

Picture this: You and 11 of your friends or family meet up at the Coach Stop Inn. Beds are made, cookies are placed in your rooms, and breakfast the next morning is taken care of. No cleaning checklist or need to pack your own linens. Just a cozy place to reconnect and a great homebase for exploring MDI and Acadia. 

We can offer recommendations of where to dine, or we can put together a private dinner for your group. We even offer packed lunches! We can also curate a cocktail hour or afternoon tea. With small groups it’s simple to customize your entire experience.

If you are looking to host an intimate or private wedding, we’ve got you. You can stay on site and connect with those special folks in your lives. Host the ceremony either in our Parlor or outside in our gardens. Or better yet! Head over to Acadia and exchange your vows where the forest meets the sea. With sleeping space for up to 14 guests, we can offer a truly intimate wedding experience.
