Coach Stop's Favorite Restaurants

Travelin’ Lobster
A great lobster pound with the bonus of being away from the Bar Harbor crowds. Travelin’ Lobster is a purist’s lobster pound in the tradition of a roadside hut with barrels of succulent lobsters, picnic tables and nothing else to get in the way.

Sweet Pea’s Café
Charming, fresh, and mouthwatering. If you’re tired of town traffic but want a great meal where it seems everybody knows everybody else (or is treated that way), try Sweet Pea’s.

The Chart Room
Great selection of succulent seafood with indoor or outdoor seating at Hulls Cove just down the road from Coach Stop.

Geddy’s
One of Bar Harbor’s best bar and grills. Geddy’s is friendly and comfortable with a menu to please. Go hungry!

Side Street Café
A Coach Stop favorite – Energetic and yummy. A little bit of everything on the menu. Great apps and happy hour too! “Margareta-Of-The Moment.” Need we say more?

Stewmans Lobster Pound
A favorite indoor/outdoor deck at the harbor for lobsters and other seafood. It’s fun to look at the moored lobster boats and wonder which brought your dinner in.

Blaze
Craft beers and wood-fired inventive pub fare. Expect something from both the kitchen and the bar that’s creative, delicious, and memorable.

McKays Public House
Quiet, warm environment like a large tavern or quiet pub. Nice menu and wine list. Always near the top of our list.

Galyn's
Splendid menu including many seafood preparations. We always enjoy our meals and have yet to hear any bad reports from guests. A handful of tables have a nice view of the harbor.

Havana
Caribbean/Latin cuisine well-prepared by a caring and creative chef. You may enjoy flavors you’ve never before experienced!
